Supply chain

This area is in charge of the planning and management of all operations that are directly related to purchases, the flow and storage of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, from their origin to the final consumer. It is also in charge of ensuring the supply of raw materials, the products that are subcontracted, the spare parts, and that they are supplied in timely manner avoiding possible stock outs.
