2.- Types of scholarships

a) Financial scholarship:

Partial or total financial support granted by the company for the payment of tuition, registration and obtaining academic degrees (qualifications).

b) Grant on time:

• Partial. When it does not exceed a third of the daily workday or an adjustment is made to their workday to carry out their studies.

• Total. For studies at a national and international level granted by the company with a duration of no more than 20 business days.

c) Mixed scholarship:

It consists of the company giving financial and time support.

3.- Requirements

The requirements to apply for a scholarship are:

• Be a trusted or unionized active collaborator and have, at least, five years of uninterrupted seniority in this condition.

• That the studies or activities of the requested scholarship are linked to the priorities, programs or substantive functions of the position that the collaborator occupies at the time of requesting the scholarship, and / or based on the Individual Organizational Career Plan.

• Not have received similar support in the last two years from the date of application. Scholarship renewal processes are excluded from this.
